Best Friends

These kids have been best friends since they were born. They absolutly love each other and play so well together. I am so glad that we have such great friends in our life.

School Party

Today Ryan had is Valentine party at school. He was so excited to get back to school after being off for so long. This picture is of Ryan and Mrs. Diana making his valentine card.

Happy V-Day

Ok so these aren't the best but with a sick house hold its all I got for now. Ryan had such a fun day. Starting off with a party at school followed by gifts from grandparents and parents.

Ryan was so excited to put together his new lego fire rescue truck with his daddy.

Madison loves to stand all by herself now. Whats funny is while I was taking the picture she moved her right foot for a half step. Looks like we might be getting closer to walking.

Just Playing

We are just loving this weather. This afternoon we went outside and enjoyed the weather. Ryan could play outside with his water and sand box all day. I love watching this kid and the things he can come up with.

Photography class

Today I took a photography class to learn all about my camera. I signed up with my friend Lindsey, only to find out that two other friends had signed up too through Groupon. The class was amazing. I will have to admit though, when Lindsey and I drove up we were quite intimidated. Thanks Lindsey for for signing up with me. I can't wait to take more classes!!!

As if we haven't had enough in this household. Now Ryan has pneumonia (again), and an ear infection. This poor kid can't catch a break. While at the doctors today he got to get his first breathing treatment. It did wonders for him.

Sick Baby!

Well today might have been the scariest day ever. Today Mike sent Ryan to school at 8:15 just like any other day. At 9am he received a call from the school saying that 911 had been call, but that Ryan had had a seizure. Mike raced to the school. By the time Mike got there (within 5 minutes) the seizure has ended but Ryan was still very much out of it. After a few minutes they decided that the best thing for him was to transport him by ambulance to the hospital. Luckily Mike knew the crew and one of our friends was actually on the fire truck. Mike rode in on the ambulance.
I was at work when all the happen. Of course Mike called me as soon as everything was happening. I left work and met them at Cardon's. After 6 hours in the ER we were discharged home with the diagnoses of febrile seizure, (his fever was 103) influenza A, and RSV. It was so scary, and sad to see your little boy in a hospital bed. I will have to say he was a trooper and was such a good boy. Unfortunately though now that we have had one seizure, we are more likely to have more with future fevers....UGH.

Cuddles

Its moments like these I love. Today while Ryan was at school I got to cuddle with my baby.

Boxes

So this morning while in am making breakfast, Ryan in keeping his sister entertained. That is, by putting her in a box. Oh my!!!! At least she loves him and everything he does for her.
